[platform-releng-dev] Build I20080606-1637 is bad

 I20080606-1637 is not a good build,
the download zips are missing rootfiles, launchers and the configuration
directory.

Equinox is unable to verify its fix
for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=223259, and cannot give
a Go for this build.

I have raised https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=236165.

I cannot say for sure, but this may
be related to the problems Pascal refers to here:
