[platform-releng-dev] builds toward 3.4RC1

Several people have asked me about the
RC1 schedule.  To clarify, we are running builds each night toward
3.4RC1.  In theory, the 8pm build on Thursday is the last build toward
3.4RC1.  On Friday morning, I'll ask for sign off on that build to
be promoted to RC1.  Next Monday, we will start a two day test pass
against RC1 and then a fix pass toward RC2.
