The build failed because the drops were not built by p2 

NPE when running director in I20080428-1800 to create zips

and thus the build failed with a NPE when it tried to run the pde.api.tools
part of the build. 

I've opened this bug for the builder issue. 
build fails when running pde.api tools if sdk is incomplete

I accidently had a crontab entry for an 8pm build which is now running.
 I suspect it will have the same issues.
