[platform-releng-dev] the 8pm build has been delayed

I'm running a test build with changes
from the Equinox team and a fix to the builder.   Once this test build
is successful, I'll start an integration build.    So the 8pm
build is delayed until we have a successful test build, optimistically
this will be just a few hours.
