p2 would like to contribute to the rebuild to address bugs in the space of
links and dropins folders.
The map files have been updated.

+ Bug 221031. Directory watcher to support repositories (ASSIGNED)
+ Bug 222340. sat4j unzipped in the SDK (FIXED)
+ Bug 222341. [director] Can't install if the repos don't contain metadata
for what is already installed (FIXED)
+ Bug 222342. empty install handlers should not be carried in the metadata
(FIXED)
+ Bug 222370. Extension location via links directory does not work any more
(FIXED)
