The missing test results on the windows
machine are due to the fact that the test machine rebooted for windows
updates. Our sysadmin is updating the registry now so that this doesn't
happen again.

The releng failures are due to missing
files inorg.eclipse.equinox.p2.user.ui  feature

I've added a better regexp for the ecf
bundles to the releng tests so they will be excluded from future tests.

There is also a javadoc warning re jface
in platform doc.isv
