The APT plug-ins have been fixed to accommodate the new
compiler behavior, and all tests now should pass. I have tagged and
released all the APT plug-ins.
Note that my changes will not compile unless the JDT
changes are also released, so I am hoping that someone on the JDT team will be
releasing for the I-build as well.

Just confirming Philippe's statement. I'm
investigating. I expect this is just a problem with oversensitivity in the
tests - the compiler has changed to be able to recover some bindings that
weren't previously available, so APT now sees some information it didn't use
to.
One way or another I expect to have the tests working
for tonight's I-build.
The APT failures are likely
consequences of the JDT/Core compiler changes released recently.
These are being investigated in
parallel, and are not preventing from self-hosting.
