PDE/Build missed releasing for this
build the first time around so will take this opportunity to say me too.

The map file has been updated for the
following Bug changes:
+ Bug 178407. Unable to find the plug-in
being built (FIXED)
+ Bug 193393. Enable headless build
from workspace (FIXED)
+ Bug 206679. Problem parsing generated
features using update site optimizer (FIXED)
+ Bug 208617. No source produced when
using basebuilder v20071030 (FIXED)

The following projects have changed:
org.eclipse.pde.build
org.eclipse.pde.build.tests

We found that we can not use the build I20071106-0816
due to bug 208987 NPE when showing problems view (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/post_bug.cgi).
I guess this will require a new IBuild as soon as Platform/UI has a fix
or at least a workaround.
