Just in time for Halloween, the Eclipse team will be putting
some ghoulish bugs under the knife and dressing up a shiny new milestone
for door-to-door delivery.  Here's the schedule....

Builds toward Eclipse 3.4 M3 

Monday, Oct 29 - 3.4 M3 Test candidate builds 
-3.4 M3 build toward Test candidate at 00:10am, 8 am, 1 pm, and 6 pm builds
if map files are updated
-Performance tests will be run on the 00:10 am build
-Midnight Integration builds will be in lieu of the nightly builds on Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
-goal: a good build for the test pass on Tuesday
-The last chance to submit to the test candidate will be the Tuesday midnight
build


Tuesday, Oct 30 (all day) - Final Test candidate build and 3.4 M3 Test
pass 
-00:10am build is the final 3.4 M3 test candidate build
-Performance tests will be run on the 00:10 am build
-intensive 1-day test pass on 3.4 M3 candidate


Wednesday, Oct 31 - Build toward Milestone candidate 
-3.4 M3 builds toward Milestone candidate with 00:10am, 8 am, 1 pm, and
6 pm builds if map files are updated
-Performance tests will be run on the 00:10 am build


Thursday, Nov 1 - Final Build toward Milestone candidate 
-00:10 am EDT build is the final 3.4 M3 candidate build -Performance tests
will be run on the 00:10 am build
-for a rebuild, only team(s) requesting the rebuild need to recheck and
sign off (although they may request other teams to revalidate potentially
affected functionality) 
-goal: a milestone candidate for Thursday morning
-Final sanity check, all teams sign off

Friday, Nov 2 
-3.4 M3 is released.
