There are problems with this build,
on which I am blaming the pde.build test failures

1) The features directory is missing
2) Each Source plug-in appears to contain
source for all plugins.  The windows archive is approximately 60MB
larger than normal.

Kim, was this built using the new pde.build
we were testing?  If so, there is likely a pde.build problem causing
this.
