Last night I ran a test build because
there were a lot of changes.  It worked beautifully and didn't fall
flat on it's face like this one :-(  

It looks like there was a problem generating
the update site.  I've opened a bug against myself so the update site
isn't generated with nightly builds  (nobody uses that site anyways).
The update site will still continue to be generated with M and I builds.

I've restarted the nightly build from
the point it failed.
