The signing process doesn't seem to
be working at eclipse.org.  The builds timed out waiting for this
the signed master feature at eclipse.org.  I've asked the webmaster
to investigate.

There is a a massive stack trace in
the index.php for each build.  This is why you can't see the build
page and get prompted to download immediately after clicking the build
page.  The web server can't parse the php,  the file is too large.

some change to the build
