There's a important regression in Search Engine in this build which makes
it not really usable...
I've opened bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=200064 to
track this issue and try to prepare a fix ASAP...

Kim, do you think a rebuild was possible when the fix would be ready?

The test results are delayed and we are seeing network timeouts in our lab
to all the windows test machines. I have opened an high priority bug with
our IT team as I suspect this is related to the network maintenance that
occurred over the weekend.

The releng failure is caused by the following

versioning of org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv in build I20070814-1100
