Markus,

It looks like the files are associated
with the tag in CVS but don't exist on the build machine's filesystem.
 The only thing I can suggest is that there was a problem during the
build checking out those specific files from CVS.  I can check out
all the files associated with this tag in my workspace.  I've started
another build.

Oops, sorry, I guess I was lead astray by my outdated R3_3_maintance workspace.

I just downloaded eclipse-sourceBuild-srcIncluded-M20070809-0800.zip, and
I found that most files were checked out (with the correct version), but
several files were missing from the directory 
/org.eclipse.ltk.core.refactoring/src/org/eclipse/ltk/internal/core/refactoring/history
: 

RefactoringHistoryManager.java 
RefactoringHistorySerializer.java 
RefactoringHistoryService.java 
UnknownRefactoringDescriptor.java 

These files have not been touched since the last successful M-build (they
are sill the 3.3 versions and tagged with v20070606-0010).

Please check the floors in the server room -- maybe the files have escaped
through a leaking network cable ;-)

The version you  refer to is the one included in the build

In the maintenance branch the ltk projects are  version
v20070606-0010 

and this is what is created in the zips. 
unzip -l eclipse-master-M20070809-0800.zip | grep org.eclipse.ltk
204880  08-09-07 11:05   eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.ltk.core.refactoring_3.3.0.v20070606-0010.jar

It looks like these projects have been check out from HEAD.

I've verified that our map file entries in the R3_3_maintenance branch
correctly refer to the 3.3 version, e.g. 
plugin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.refactoring=v20070606-0010,:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/eclipse,

Could the releng team please check the build scripts?
