Looks like the JDT problems that
aren't related to feature versions are due to APT plug-ins that have the
qualifier updated but not the minor version - that is, x.y.z.v20070527
is alphabetically greater than x.y.z.R33x_v20070730, so we need to ++z.
 
 
I'll take care of this for APT.
 I'm assuming the right answer is from John A's earlier mail, z =
z+1 for the maintenance branch and z=z+100 for HEAD assuming no API changes.
 
Outside of JDT, this also seems
to be the case with org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.motif.hpux.PA_RISC and
org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv.

The releng failures are due to the fact that the I renabled the version
checker tool and some of the feature versions need to be incremented.

Also, there are warnings about jdt plugins, could the jdt team please investigate.
