Regarding the hung builds, there seems
to have been a problem with copying back the signed build from eclipse.org.
 I'll restart the last build and terminate the other hung builds.

The build failed due to problems generating the update site due to too
much
content in the site.  I've deleted the update site and am restarting
the
build.  I have also implemented a script to clean out the update site
on a
weekly basis to avoid this problem in the future.
