[platform-releng-dev] branches and builds

I have branched the org.eclipse.releng
project to R3_3_maintenance from the tag used for the latest build toward
3.3 (I20070615-1200)
-This branch of the releng project will
be used to run additional builds toward 3.3 if they are needed.
-Please do not release any changes to
this branch until we have shipped 3.3 or you have received intergalactic
approval to submit a fix toward 3.3 :-)
-We will use this branch for builds
toward 3.3.1 after we have shipped 3.3 with the Europa projects at the
end of June.
-I'm currently rtagging all the projects
listed in this branch with version pre_R3_3
as discussed earlier on the mailing list

Note:  All teams are responsible
for branching their individual projects as required.  I just branch
the map file projects and builder projects.

Development toward 3.4 can start in
the HEAD stream of the org.eclipse.releng project.  I'll start nightly
builds toward this stream tommorrow.

In summary
3.4 -> HEAD stream
3.3 -> R3_3_maintenance stream
3.3.1  -> R3_3_maintenance stream
after June 30
