[platform-releng-dev] acknowledgements page for 3.3

Last year we had an acknowledgements
page to to say thanks to the people in the community who helped us out
during the 3.2 release cycle.  I've started a new one for 3.3 that
I'll link to when we release.

Please attach a patch to this bug if
you'd like to say a special thanks to a community member who helped out
during 3.3.
