If you make changes to a help TOC file please check to make sure that you don't introduce syntax errors. I had to fix one up this morning that was introduced into org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv/topics_guide.xml. Fortunately I caught it before it got into a build. If you can start up help and your new topic shows up in the table of contents all is fine.
