The releng failures are due to chkpii
errors in the new equinox and orbit bundles added to the platform feature.

I've added them to the ignore list in
the releng tests for the next build.

The dnfs on the core and team tests
are due to 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=176570

which I thought I had fixed yesterday
with a patch to the test.xml to the features but in fact there is still
a problem.  I'm looking at this issue right now.
