The missing test results for the win32.win32.x86_5.0
are due to the fact that the test machine decided to take a break from
being on the network and had to be rebooted.  I'm rerunning the tests
now. 

The releng failures are due to 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=175706
which I have released a fix for the
next build.

The update failures are due to 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=175706

The cvs tests continue to fail if I
rerun them. They have been failing since Saturday - do these tests also
have a dependancy on startup.jar?
