[platform-releng-dev] Rebuild request

UI would like to request a rebuild to address https:// 
bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=173844.  Bug https:// 
bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=175500 has flipped the  
conditions for which this problem occurs and currently the splash  
does not work on any 32 bit platform.  The fix is in HEAd and we'll  
let you know when we've versioned the code.  Sorry for the  
inconvenience.
