Okay, we have status from core, jdt.apt
and releng regarding the test failures.

The one remaining test failure is from
update.  Update team, please provide status on this test failure so
I update the build status.

We are going to start changing I-builds
to green once teams have provided status for test failures.  .  This
will allow downstream teams to consume our builds with confidence.  If
the build is marked red, they are hesitant to adopt it.  We want to
have downstream teams adopt our builds as soon as possible.  Hopefully,
this will reduce the likelihood of milestone sequels which wastes a lot
of time for everyone involved. :-(

Due to the respinning of the milestone
build, the results of the integration build were inadvertently forgotten.

The releng tests failures are the result
of a a javadoc error on in platform ui which has since been fixed.
