There is an issue in this build for
Team/CVS involving the decorators that may cause exceptions to be logged
or, in rarer cases, an error dialog to be opened (see bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=174783).
The known cases of prompting have occurred for users who have disabled
model participation in CVS synchronizations (which is not the default).
I have attached a patched version of the plug-in to the bug report, for
those who wish to avoid the logged errors or prompting. 

Team/CVS would like to ask for a rebuild
since, although in most cases, the impact of the problem is minimal, there
are cases as mentioned in the bug that result in excessive error prompting.
The problem has been fixed and the project tagged and released.
