[platform-releng-dev] I20070116-0904 Unusable without modification

Build I20070116-0904 is unusable because
the SDK applicaton changed but the SDK plugin was not tagged.
For those who just can't, here is an
updated plugin.xml with the right application. You can put it in the ...\eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.sdk_3.3.0.v20070108
folder of your install and you should be able to launch.
UI is asking for a tag on the SDK plug-in
and a rebuild.
