Please use build I20061212-0010
for as the 3.3M4 test candidate.

The releng failures are the the same
as the ones from the previous build.

Also, you will notice that there is
a new releng test enabled that uses a tool provided by the core team to
compare the version numbers of the current build with 3.2.1 to ensure that
our plugins and features adhere to the http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Version_Numbering
guidelines.

I have opened bugs against teams who
have errors reflected in the logs from this tool.  It would be great
if these errors could be fixed for M4 since this is the first  milestone
that we will be submitting jars to the Europa coordinated release update
site.
