Here is another Javadoc reminder, now that the number of plug-ins in the
SDK has stabilized.

19 new plug-ins were added to the SDK during the 3.2 cycle.

Some of these plug-ins contribute API, yet the javadoc locatons for a
subset of these API-contributing plug-ins are still not accounted for in
the documentation plug-ins.

If your plug-in contributes API, make sure it is listed in the
org.eclipse.pde.core.javadoc extension of your documentation plug-in:

In the SDK, there are three places where plug-in Javadoc is stored:
    org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv (for the Platform plug-ins)
    org.eclipse.jdt.doc.isv (for the JDT plug-ins)
    org.eclipse.pde.doc.user (for the PDE plug-ins)
