[platform-releng-dev] Platform UI's submission for I20051214-0010

Platform/UI is submitting fixes for I20051214-0010. The following fixes are
included:
+ Bug 112958. [Perspectives] Access to perspective descriptor when creating
initial layout
+ Bug 118025. [Dialogs] PopupDialog should set a grid data to the control
returned from createDialogArea
+ Bug 119494. [Workbench] dangerous uses of "new GC(Display)"
+ Bug 119686. [PopupDialog] - small info font should be managed by JFace
+ Bug 120532. [Markers] SWTError in TaskView on shutdown
+ Bug 120565. org.eclipse.ui.navigator.navigatorContent extension point
contains chkpii errors
+ Bug 120567. [CommonNavigator] Javadoc warnings in 3.2 M4 Test Candidate
+ Bug 120656. [Dialogs] SWTExeption: Widget is disposed when resizing quick
outline
+ Bug 120695. Need to swap new project png wizard banner file out for M4
+ Bug 120727. Info text area does not appear in PopupDialog
