[platform-releng-dev] Errors loading projects with this week's I-builds

This week's 3.2 stream integration builds
have an error that prevents working with old workspaces containing projects
stored outside the workspace directory.  The only workaround is to
go back to a build from last week, or to install this patch (drop this
JAR in plugins directory and start with "-clean"):

Because this bug involved reading and
writing metadata incorrectly, if you create a *new* workspace with this
week's I-build that contains projects outside the workspace, those projects
will fail to load in future builds.  I.e., I don't recommend keeping
workspaces that were created with this week's I-builds if your workspace
contains projects stored outside the workspace directory.
