We believe that there were networking
problems in our lab after the power outage.  This caused the chkpii
executable to not be copied to the test machine and the releng tests to
fail.  We reran the chkpii tests on Windows and they all passed.

Regarding the releng failure, the chkpii logs for windows are missing on
the test machine . I'll rerun the windows chkpii tests for this build once
the tests from the subsequent builds have completed.
