[platform-releng-dev] build is delayed due to hot weather and lack of power

It is a very hot day in Ottawa with 32C weather and very high humidity. Probably, everyone fired up their air conditioners and consequently the area of Ottawa where our lab resides is now lacking power. The IT folks do not have a time estimate when the power will be restored by the utility. So the I20050625-1005 build is stopped due to lack of power.

I will reboot the build machines and restart the build when power is available.
