I've caused the chkpii errors by overriding some of
my colleagues changes
with my last minute copyright updates. It's already fixed in HEAD.

What about the many "File cannot be opened" entries in the chkpii
logs? May
we could add the corresponding Msgid (105) to the ignore files?
