No changes have been made to the JDT doc files. The newest version of the
tool (bug 99017, comment 19). After applying I have 424 new chkpii errors
in the JDT doc user and isv projects. Tod, could you provide an updated
version with which passes chkpii?

I will version JDT User and ISV doc at 20:00 UTC in order to fix the JDT
portion of bug 99017: Remove the copyright link and the copyright gif.
I suggest not to commit changes to the JDT doc between 20:00 and 21:00 UTC.
