Using N-20050607, if your workspace path has a lowercase drive name, you
might encounter some self-hosting anomalies, such as the inability to
launch a runtime workbench.

The patch at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=98650#c2  would
solve the problem.
