The failing tests in o.e.core.filebuffers were newly added for this 
build and do not indicate a regression. They failed on win32 due to 
other default file system permissions than the ones on the linux 
platform. The failures do not impact the usability of the build and will 
be fixed for tomorrow's nightly.
