Note that at this time I'm only asking that the component.xml files be 
fixed up, so we can get good output from the tool with minimal noise.
API boundary violations that get flagged by the tool (once we've fixed up 
the component.xml files) should be looked at by the component leads, but 
there's no strong requirement to address these for 3.1.

I'm taking care of the Platform UI components.

Bug 90168 describes some issues with our component.xml files.

Could all component leads please take a look, and apply the appropriate 
fixes to their component.xml files please?
