The Ant UI test failure is similar to
the SWT test failure...tends to occur during integration, milestone and
release candidate build weeks.
Should not affect RC1

The swt test failure is the same one that has appeared intermittently before.
 swt passed the last set of tests with the exact same submission as
this build, so this test failure should not affect RC1.
