There will be one more fix in the UI for the 8pm build:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=95057 Preferences to open
context help as infopop don't work.

The fix involves backing out of the F1 mnemonic in the text of the dynamic
help action. I versioned and released the map file.
