The junit test failure is a test artifact
that believe I have a fix for.
Unfortunately a more major issue is
        https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=93496

This results in no AntModel when opening
a buildfile. 
If you open the file a second time you
can edit and run the build but all of the rich Ant editor support is lost
in the editor
