RelEng, are we able to do a test build today?

Over the past couple of days teams have been converting their plug-in
structures to being shipped as JARs and although we don't anticipate any
problems, we REALLY need nightly build to look at. Having the nightly build
fail 2 nights in a row makes it difficult for us to spot any potential
problem areas before next week's integration build.
