Ed, it takes a while to push the build
to the eclipse.org servers and longer to be pulled by a mirror. My understanding
from the webmaster is that the bandwidth for eclipse.org downloads has
been saturated since Eclipsecon and the 3.0.2 release last week has exacerbated
the problem.  Thus the slowness in downloading directly from eclipse.org.
I would suggest following up with the webmaster.

I tried to download this at 11am; it said the mirror
appeared to have the file but when I clicked there it didn't really (bug
89578), so I downloaded from the main server. The download was very slow
(it took ~40 minutes instead of the usual 4 minutes or so), and when it
finished, Winzip said the 94MB file was corrupted in transit. Sigh.

This is not your fault, but it would be nice if somebody could think of
a way to improve the experience, esp. for test candidates where time is
important.
