The bad news is that the build failed.


The good news is that the IT group implemented
 routing changes a few minutes ago which increased the speed of CVS
checkout from dev.eclipse.org.    Only seven instead of 22 routers
to hop through.   I think the routing changes may have caused the
problems that you see below with missing directories in the checkout.

I've started I20050329-1105 . It should
proceed at a much brisker pace than the glacial speed that was evident
this morning. Thank you for your patience.  This build will be in
lieu of the noon build.
