Due to the CVS QoS rules, the nightly
build took seven hours to reach the testing stage.  This means that
the junit test results will be available in about four hours and the performance
test results will be available in about eight hours. Denis assures me that
the QoS rules will be implemented by their ISP this morning to avoid this
problem for future builds.
