Since the Release Engineering tool does not seem to follow the plug-in
version scheme of the rest of Eclipse (it is currently v3.0.4) can we
increment the version ID each time we update the plug-in? It would make it
easier for us to tell if we should download a new version.

Sorry, the RelEng tool was changed last week but was not released for the
build. It is now tagged and the map file updated.
On a related note, users of the tool will need to download the latest
version for use with this weeks I builds.
