If you are setting a background colour on a widget like a label, group, or 
composite that is contained in a TabFolder, this will make the widget look 
funny becasue it will have a solid background rather than allowing the 
gradient to show through.

Yes. XP+manifest users should now observe tab folders with the regular XP 
theme background (as in the System Windows "Display Properties" for 
example). 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=24538 is part of this 
integration build. 
If you experience problems with this change, please open PR's and attach 
screenshots.
