The failures in the core tests are a reflection of the tests themselves and
do not impact the quality of the build. Note they will also fail in the 4pm
build.
After investigation with the Equinox team we have determined that the tests
were agressively activating the UI plug-ins (in order to initialize runtime
default preference values) and some plug-ins don't like that in a headless
environment. (workbench is not initialized)
