We agree there is a bug here, if this
is in the UI we do not plan to fix this for M9.  We thought we understood
all instances where this could occur, but there seems to be one more, we
will investigate.

A recent change in platform UI made all the PDE manifest editors have the
same static name in the tab, instead of the name of the editor input. This
is not a trivial issue and ideally we would like it addressed for the
milestone if the fix is easy. We already declared a GO for PDE and we
maintain it because this issue is not caused by PDE code.
