The 20040518-2000 build is good for testing from a PDE standpoint.

All teams are requested to provide a go or no-go status on the
I200405181816 build or later for the 3.0 M9 test candidate. If you have
contributed to a later build and have revalidated, please specify the build
number when providing status.

Also, a midnight build has been scheduled and will only run if map files
are updated.  No rtagging :-)
