[platform-releng-dev] GO from Platform UI on I200405060200

Platform UI has now had a chance to examine the I200405060200 integration 
build.  We are happy that the build is usable for development.

We know of one problem with the build, for which a workaround exists.  If you 
have a default perspective containing a minimized view, you will be unable to 
start Eclipse.  This is Bug 61247 
("https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=61247";).  The workaround is 
to edit 
"<workspace>/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.runtime/.settings/org.eclipse.ui.prefs" 
and remove the line starting with "defaultPerspectiveId=".
