[platform-releng-dev] milestone re-build policy?

Can we get the re-build policy w.r.t. broken builds for milestone builds
added to the RelEng web site?

For integration builds we do a re-build if we are at a state where the
tests can't run. Presumably this was added because there is only one
scheduled build per day and we wanted to get a useable/testable/runnable
build by the end of the day.

But for milestone week we have several builds scheduled per day. Perhaps it
should be explicitly stated that this re-build policy still applies for
each build.
